Over 40 international and 40 local faculty members participated in the 3rd World Echo Summit (WES), Beijing, PRC. This year’s WES was joining organized by the Chinese Society of Echo, European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI), the American Society of Echo (ASE) and six other partner echo societies around the world. Canadian Society of Echo (CSE) is honoured to be an international partner of this event. Dr. Kwan Chan, Dr. Howard Leong-Poi, and Dr. Chi-Ming Chow were the Canadian faculty members delivering presentations in this meeting. It was a fantastic opportunity to share the stat-of-the-art echo, clinical problem solving echo strategies, and update the latest recommendations from EACVI and ASE as well as a great networking opportunity for the various echo societies.
